Canada Labour Code/Interpretation Act. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, expressions used in this Agreement: (a) if defined in the Canada Labour Code, have the same meaning as given to them in the Canada Labour Code, (b) if defined in the Interpretation Act, but not defined in the Canada Labour Code, have the same meaning as given to them in the Interpretation Act.
