Common use of Canadian Union of Public Employees Representative Clause in Contracts

Canadian Union of Public Employees Representative. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing or negotiating with the Employer.

Canadian Union of Public Employees Representative. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of representatives a representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing or negotiating with the Employer on matters relating to the Collective Agreement. Such representative shall have access to the Employer's premises at any reasonable time in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of a grievance or any other matter, relating to the Collective Agreement upon giving the AdministratorNotice. The parties agree that management and Union representatives shall conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner.
