The Employer will notify the Union of labour requirements, giving as much prior notice as possible. The Union will provide a list of labour available. The Employer, at its discretion, may hire the employees listed or from other sources.

The Union agrees to promptly process dispatch slip requests and they will not be unreasonably withheld.

If there is a conflict between the terms of the Mapleridge Employee Handbook and the terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement, the collective agreement shall have precedence. All employees shall be subject to the policies and procedures outlined in the Mapleridge Employee Handbook.
