Common use of Cancellation and 'No Show' Clause in Contracts

Cancellation and 'No Show'. (a) If Your booking is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the Start of the Rental, or You fail to notify Us of Your intended cancellation prior to the Start of the Rental and fail to pick up the Vehicle, You will forfeit the deposit and You will be charged the Rental Charges for the Rental Period as booked unless We are able to rent the Vehicle to another renter for an equivalent term and rate.
