Cancellation and Changes. 4.1. The Order may only be cancelled, postponed or varied with Buyer’s prior written consent.

Cancellation and Changes. Recochem may, at any time, upon notice to Seller, without cause and without liability to Recochem, cancel or change the Order, in whole or part, prior to shipment. The Order may not be otherwise amended unless there is a written document signed by both parties. Notwithstanding any other provisions of these Terms, Recochem may terminate this Order immediately, without liability, and without limiting any of Recochem’s other rights or remedies, upon written notice to Seller if: (a) Seller is in breach of any of its obligations under these Terms; (b) Seller is in breach of any of its representations or warranties; (c) an action or claim against Seller may, in Recochem’s reasonable opinion, harm Seller’s continued business operations; (d) Seller becomes insolvent or bankrupt; or (e) either party is unable to carry out its obligations under the Order by reason of a force majeure event, meaning any delay or state of affairs beyond the control of a party which causes either party to be unable to fulfill, or to be delayed or restricted in the fulfillment of, an obligation.
Cancellation and Changes. 9.1 HETI reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the Exhibit at any time if the terms and conditions of this contract are not fulfilled.

Orders shall not be subject to cancellation or change by Buyer for any reason, except with Seller’s written consent and upon terms that will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Seller against all direct, incidental and consequential loss or damage. Seller may change product features, specifications, designs and availability with notice to Buyer. Any additional cost associated with a Buyer requested change shall be at Buyer’s expense.

Except as otherwise provided herein, any such change or cancellation shall be without charge prior to commencement of production of such Order. If production has begun (including the ordering of parts and materials), a charge may be applied up to the full invoice amount of the Order.
Cancellation and Changes. Purchaser may not cancel Orders, change the timing of scheduled shipments, or direct temporary suspension of scheduled shipments without Seller’s prior written consent. Cancellations of Orders or rescheduling of shipments shall be subject to cancellation charges which will include payment of any finished Goods, work-in-progress, and all other materials made, purchased by Seller, or otherwise committed for the Order. All changes to Orders must be submitted by Purchaser to Seller in writing and will not be effective unless and until Seller consents in writing to the change(s). Seller will not be required to accept any changes without Purchaser’s written acknowledgement of any price and/or delivery schedule adjustments, if any.
Cancellation and Changes. Verizon may cancel this Purchase Order at any time prior to 24 hours from scheduled Product delivery by reasonable notice to Supplier. Verizon may terminate Services at any time by notification to Supplier, and in such event Supplier shall only be entitled to payment for Services fully performed prior to the date of such notification and otherwise qualifying for acceptance by Verizon hereunder. Verizon may, by written change order, make a change within the scope of this Purchase Order, including, without limitation, additions to or deletions from the quantities originally ordered; the specifications or drawings; or the time and place of delivery of any Work. If a change affects the cost or time for performance, an equitable adjustment shall be made, and this Purchase Order shall be amended. Any claim for such adjustment by Supplier must be asserted in writing by Supplier within 30 days from the date the change is ordered by Verizon. Pending negotiation of an equitable adjustment, Supplier will continue with Work as directed by Verizon.
