Common use of Cancellation and Refunds Clause in Contracts

Cancellation and Refunds. 1. This Agreement is for the entire License Term (i.e. two semesters). The deadline for Student to request to cancel this Agreement without incurring a cancellation fee is five (5) business days after Student selects a Student Unit during room selection or the University notifies Student of a confirmed housing assignment, whichever is earlier.
