Common use of Cancellation by User Clause in Contracts

Cancellation by User. User must submit, in writing, notification of cancellation no less than seven (7) days prior to the Reserved Date in order to receive a refund of the Security Deposit and no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Reserved Date in order to receive a refund of the Rental Fee. Refunds will be determined at the discretion of Social Director and returned within fifteen (15) days of the Reserved Date

Cancellation by User. User must submit, in writing, notification of cancellation no less than seven two (72) days prior to the Reserved Date in order to receive a refund of the Security Deposit and no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Reserved Date in order to receive a refund of the Rental Use Fee. Refunds will be determined at the discretion of Social Director the Association and returned within fifteen (15) days of the Reserved Date.

Cancellation by User. User must submit, in writing, notification of cancellation no less than seven (7) days prior to the Reserved Date in order to receive a refund of the Security Deposit Deposit, and no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Reserved Date in order to receive a refund of the Rental Fee. Refunds will be determined at the discretion of Social Director Property Manager and returned within fifteen (15) days of the Reserved Date.

Refunds will be determined at the discretion of Social Director Clubhouse Manager(s) and returned within fifteen thirty (1530) days of the Reserved Date.
