CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT. A booking is considered firm as from the date of confirmation and accordingly the Photographer xxxx, at his/her discretion, charge a fee for cancellation or postponement.
CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT. 7.1 If a date for the services is agreed upon in the quotation and acceptance, and you require that date to be altered, postponed or cancelled or the goods are not available on that date, we will be entitled to charge a reasonable postponement or cancellation fee, dependent on the notice received.
CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT. (a) If a Client wishes to cancel or postpone a photography shoot, then this should be made in writing to the Photographer and Studio at least 24 hours prior to the booked shoot.
CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT. 4.1 If you cancel or postpone the delivery of Services at any time either before or after the start of the Project (e.g. kick-off meeting or any other start date agreed between the parties), a penalty will be charged to you. For cancellation before the start of the Project, this penalty will be equal to 80% of the fees that would have been due for the planned resources for the first two weeks of Services. For postponement of the agreed start date before the start of the Project, this penalty will be equal to 40% of the fees due for the planned resources for the first two weeks of Services. When the cancellation or postponement takes place after the start of the Project, the same percentages will be applicable to the fees due for the planned resources for the two weeks of Services following the notification of cancellation or postponement. If the project is postponed to an unspecified date, the penalties for cancellation will apply. For fixed fee Projects, the parties will refer to the estimated timeline of the Project and the percentage will be applied to the total fees proportionate to 10 days, as applicable.
CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT. Any hourly or half-day mediation cancelled or postponed within 5 business days of the scheduled date is subject to forfeiture of 50% of the deposit amount, unless Xx. Xxxxxx'x time can be rescheduled for another matter.
CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT. If AASP/NJ is prevented from holding the Expo, due to circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to strike, civil disobedience, and/or acts of God, AASP/NJ shall have the sole and absolute right to cancel or postpone the Expo. If the Expo is canceled, AASP/NJ will refund to the exhibitor the amount of the rental paid by him, less a proportionate share of the Expo expenses, and if the exhibitor made no rental payment, he nevertheless shall be obligated to pay his proportionate share of such expenses. If the Expo is postponed, the exhibitor’s obligations will remain the same under this Agreement as if the Expo was held as scheduled. Whether an Expo is canceled or postponed, AASP/NJ shall have no further obligation or liability to the exhibitor. In addition, AASP/NJ reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time prior to the Expo. If this contract is terminated, AASP/NJ will refund the amount paid by the exhibitor less any expenses incurred by AASP/NJ in the termination.

In the unfortunate circumstance that You have to cancel or postpone Your confirmed booking at any time prior to the Event, We will use Our reasonable endeavours to re-book an alternative event on the date of the Event. In the event that We are unsuccessful in reselling the cancelled or amended booking, cancellation charges will be made as follows: Cancellation Date – Percentage of Price Payable More than twelve months prior to the Event – 10% or £500 minimum. Between twelve months and six months prior to the Event – 40% Between six months and three months prior to the Event – 60%

COMMENTS: If the Producer blocks out a specific period of time with the agreement that it represents a firm commitment from the Agency/Client, then, obviously, no further efforts are made to sell that time. CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT. An assignment booking is considered agreed and firm from the date of the confirmation, therefore the Photographer Xxxxxxxx Xxxx Photography will, at his / her discretion charge a fee for cancellation or postponement. In view of Cancellation; the Client will pay for ALL expenses incurred up to the time of the cancellation of the commission. In addition, the Client will be charged at 50% of the agreed rate if the commission is cancelled less than two days prior to the commission, and 100% of the fee if less than 24 hours.
CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total package rate, or the deposit fee, will be forfeited upon cancellation of your confirmed move. If after one year of payment you have not moved with us then your full payment shall be forfeited and no refund will be given. Confirmed moves that are postponed less than 7 days prior to original moving date are subject to postponement fee of RM500.
