CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT. 7.1 If a date for the services is agreed upon in the quotation and acceptance, and you require that date to be altered, postponed or cancelled or the goods are not available on that date, we will be entitled to charge a reasonable postponement or cancellation fee, dependent on the notice received.
CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT. (a) If a Client wishes to cancel or postpone a photography shoot, then this should be made in writing to the Photographer and Studio at least 24 hours prior to the booked shoot.
CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT. 4.1 If you cancel or postpone the delivery of Services at any time either before or after the start of the Project (e.g. kick-off meeting or any other start date agreed between the parties), a penalty will be charged to you. If the project is postponed to an unspecified date, the penalties for cancellation will apply. For fixed fee Projects, the parties will refer to the estimated timeline of the Project and the percentage will be applied to the total fees proportionate to 10 days, as applicable.

CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT. An assignment booking is considered agreed and firm from the date of the confirmation, therefore the Photographer Xxxxxxxx Xxxx Photography will, at his / her discretion charge a fee for cancellation or postponement. In view of Cancellation; the Client will pay for ALL expenses incurred up to the time of the cancellation of the commission. In addition, the Client will be charged at 50% of the agreed rate if the commission is cancelled less than two days prior to the commission, and 100% of the fee if less than 24 hours.
