JURISDICTION/DISPUTES. This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. All disputes under this Agreement shall be resolved by litigation in the courts of the State of California including the federal courts therein and the Parties all consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, agree to accept service of process by mail, and hereby waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available to it.
JURISDICTION/DISPUTES. All disputes arising as to matters of jurisdiction shall be referred to the International President of the Union.

With respect to litigation in the federal courts where multiple districts within the State of Texas have jurisdiction, the Parties agree to jurisdiction in the Eastern District of Texas.

B. All disputes hereunder shall be resolved in the applicable state or federal courts of New York. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, agree to accept service of process by mail, and waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available.
JURISDICTION/DISPUTES. This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its or any other jurisdiction’s laws governing conflicts of law. The parties hereby consent to and agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any litigation regarding this Agreement shall be the state or federal courts sitting in Davidson County, Tennessee.
JURISDICTION/DISPUTES. (a) This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
(b) All disputes hereunder shall be resolved in the applicable state or federal courts in the County of Rockland in the State of New York. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, agree to accept service of process by mail, and waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available.
JURISDICTION/DISPUTES. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made in England. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and all actions brought hereunder whether at law or in equity shall be brought in England. The parties hereby agree that any and all claims arising from or in connection with the subject matter of this Agreement must be brought in England before the County Court or High Court.
JURISDICTION/DISPUTES. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa with jurisdiction and venue being in Polk County, Iowa. The Parties all consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, agree to accept service of process by mail, and hereby waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available to them.

All disputes under this Agreement shall be resolved by litigation in the courts of the State of Florida including the state and federal courts therein and the PARTIES all consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and hereby waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available to it.
JURISDICTION/DISPUTES. (a) This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
(b) All disputes hereunder shall be resolved in the applicable state or federal courts in the County of Bergen in the State of New Jersey. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, agree to accept service of process by mail, and waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available.
