Common use of Cancellation Charge Clause in Contracts

Cancellation Charge. The cancellation of your entire order by your Agent or, if none, you shall result in the following charge: a. No charge will apply in respect of order cancellations notified to Us by 31st August immediately before the Christmas in question. b. A cancellation charge equal to 10% of the order value or £25, whichever is greater, will be charged in respect of order cancellations notified to Us after 31st August immediately before the Christmas in question.
