Common use of Cancellation Charge Clause in Contracts

Cancellation Charge. The cancellation of your entire order by you shall result in the following charge: a. No charge will apply if notify Us that you wish to cancel your entire order by no later than 31st August 2018. b. A cancellation charge equal to 10% of the order value or €20, whichever is greater, will be charged in respect of order cancellations notified to Us after 31st August 2018.
