Allottee to Mutate and Pay Rates & Taxes. The Allottee shall (1) pay the Taxes , surcharge, levies, cess etc. (collectively “Rates & Taxes”)(proportionately for the Said Tower/Building and/or the Said Complex and wholly for the Said Flat And Appurtenances and until the Said Flat And Appurtenances is separately mutated and assessed in favour of the Allottee, on the basis of the bills to be raised by the Promoter/the Association (upon formation)/the Apex Body (upon formation), such bills being conclusive proof of the liability of the Allottee in respect thereof and (2) have mutation completed at the earliest. The Allottee further admits and accepts that the Allottee shall not claim any deduction or abatement in the bills of the Promoter/ or the Association (upon formation)/the Apex Body (upon formation).
Allottee to Mutate and Pay Rates & Taxes. The Allottee shall (1) pay the Rates & Taxes (proportionately for the Said Block and wholly for the Said Apartment, from the Date Of Possession and until the Said Apartment is separately assessed in the name of the Allottee), on the basis of the bills to be raised by the Promoter or the Association (upon formation), such bills being conclusive proof of the liability of the Allottee in respect thereof and (2) have mutation completed at the earliest. The Allottee further admit and accept that the Allottee shall not claim any deduction or abatement in the bills of the Promoter or the Association (upon formation). If the Allottee delay in paying the Rates & Taxes, the Allottee shall pay compound interest @ 2% (two percent) per month or part thereof (compoundable monthly), from the date of default till the date of payment.

The Allottee further admits and accepts that the Allottee shall not claim any deduction or abatement in the bills of the Promoter/the Facility Manager or the Association (upon formation).

The Allottee shall (1) pay all requisite fees and charges and cause mutation in the name of the Allottee in the records of Kulerdari Gram Panchayat or any such equivalent or competent authority, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of execution and registration of the deed of conveyance of the said Flat/Apartment and (2) pay the rates & taxes (proportionately for the Project and wholly for the said Apartment from the date of possession notice or from the date of deemed possession, whichever is applicable and until the said Apartment is separately mutated and assessed in favour of the Allottee), on the basis of the bills to be raised by the CGEWHO/ Association (upon formation), such bills being conclusive proof of the liability of the Allottee in respect thereof. The Allottee further admits and accepts that the Allottee shall not claim any deduction or abatement in the aforesaid bills.

The Allottee further admits and accepts that the Allottee shall not claim any deduction or abatement in the bills of the Promoter/the Facility Manager or the Association (upon formation)/the Apex Body (upon formation).

The Allottee further admits and accepts that the Allottee shall not claim any deduction or abatement in the aforesaid bills.

The Allottee further admits and accepts that the Allottee shall not claim any deduction or abatement in the aforesaid bills.

The Allottee further admits and accepts that the Allottee shall not claim any deduction or abatement in the aforesaid bills.
