Common use of Cancellation of Auto-Renewal Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Auto-Renewal. Except as otherwise provided in an Order, either Party may cancel automatic renewal of an Order Term by providing at least 60 days notice prior to the expiration of the then current Order Term. Customer’s notice of cancellation described in the preceding sentence does not terminate Services, but instead converts the Order upon the expiration of the existing Order Term to a month-to-month term with an increase of 50% of the Fees. To be effective, Customer must submit the cancellation request in writing to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or to Billing at the address specified herein for notice. Element Critical’s notice of cancellation will terminate the Services effective upon the expiration of the then current Order Term.
