During the term specified in the Order and any automatic renewal Term, Services are subject to an annual rate increase equal to the greater of (i) 3% or (ii) the annual percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) as published by the U.S. Department of Labor (U.S. City Average – All Urban Consumers).
Fees and Adjustments. The Fees for any Product shall be set forth in the Quotation. The Recurring Fees shall be subject to adjustments by Keyloop annually at a percentage rate equivalent to the change in the Consumer Price Index for the preceding twelve (12) months as published by the Statistics Korea.

Fees and Adjustments. The University reserves the right to determine which residence buildings and rooms are available for occupancy, and to assign and reassign you to a residence room in order to comply with the COVID-19 measures. HS reserves the right to delay occupancy if necessary.

(a) During the Initial Term, for maintenance and support of the Licensed Products in accordance with this Agreement and the Reseller Agreement, Computer Sciences GS agrees to pay to CSC each License Year, an annual net fee equal to thirty million dollars (US$30,000,000) (the “Maintenance Fee”).
(b) Computer Sciences GS shall pay to CSC the following additional maintenance fees during the Initial Term as follows:
(i) 0.5% of the amount by which Computer Sciences GS’s total consolidated revenues during any fiscal year exceed seven billion dollars (US$7,000,000,000); and
(ii) 5% of the amount by which Computer Sciences GS’s total revenues from its cloud computing solutions and services during any fiscal year exceed six hundred million dollars (US$600,000,000) (the “Additional Maintenance Fees”, and together with the Maintenance Fee, the “Fees”).
(c) The Fees applicable during the Extension Term shall be as agreed by the Parties acting reasonably and in good faith.

For any Additional Usage during the Initial Term, additional fees as set forth on Schedule 5.1 shall apply (the “Additional Usage Fees”, and together with the Maintenance Fee, the “Fees). The Fees applicable during the Extension Term shall be as agreed by the Parties acting reasonably and in good faith. CSC does not currently expect based on reasonably anticipated usage by the Computer Sciences GS Business that Additional Usage Fees will apply during the Initial Term.
