CANCELLATION OR SUSPENSION OF THE TWO. TERM CONTRACT A. By the Student 1. Contracts Beginning Fall Semester for Students Who Completed and Fulfilled a Housing Contract for Spring 2024. For students who resided on campus in Spring 2024, a contract may be canceled by the student if written notification is received by the Department of Housing and Residence Life on or before February 28, 2024. Contracts canceled via written notification from March 1, 2024, through May 31, 2024, will be charged a $400 fee. Cancellations received on or after June 1, 2024, by non-enrolled students will be charged a $400 cancellation fee. On or after June 1, 2024, enrolled students cannot cancel their housing contract (see Section VII. C. Student Appeals of the Housing Contract).
