CANCELLATION OR SUSPENSION OF THE TWO. TERM CONTRACT A two-term contract, which has been signed and returned by the student and accepted by the Department of Housing and Residence Life, constitutes an agreement to reside within the residence hall system or other assigned location during both the fall and spring semesters.
