Graduation. Student must provide an expected graduation date and documentation of degree awarded or to be awarded to DHRL, including proof of timely filing and acceptance of the Intent to Graduate Notice, and must actually graduate on the date shown in the Intent to Graduate Notice. DHRL must receive written notice of cancellation under this paragraph on or before the last day of the graduation application period for the semester Student anticipates graduating. Graduation terminates this Agreement for any semesters commencing after the anticipated graduation date. Student remains responsible for housing rents and assessments for any semesters prior to or including graduation date. Students who are allowed to stay past scheduled move out dates in order to attend or participate in graduation must vacate the residence no later than the day after graduation.

Graduation. The Supervisor or Manager shall grant up to one (1) day per school year for the Employee to attend their own graduation ceremonies, or the convocation of a child, spouse or partner.
Graduation. (a) The District and the Federation agree that it is desirable to have as many Faculty Members as possible attend and participate in graduation ceremonies each year. In order to provide a minimum attendance, the Academic Senate shall assign an alternate one-third (1/3) of the Faculty Members each year to participate in the graduation ceremonies. The contractual obligation of the non-participating two-thirds (2/3rds) of the Faculty Members shall be considered fulfilled upon completion of their examinations, office hours, and check-out procedures.
(b) To advance the goal stated in (a), the District and the Federation will encourage Part-Time Faculty Members to attend graduation and extend to them the same opportunity to secure robes and school colors as is extended to Full-time Faculty Members.
(c) In any year in which the total number of faculty in attendance at graduation ceremonies falls below 40% of the Full-Time Faculty Members, 40% of the Full-Time Faculty Members will be required to attend the following year’s ceremonies.
(d) The additional faculty chosen to attend, beyond the required one-third (1/3), will be picked by a random drawing in the office of Academic Affairs with Federation representation present.
Graduation. The decision on graduation from the EMLE programme and the final ranking is taken by the Examination Board during the month of October, following the conclusion of the academic year. The results will be communicated to the students at the end of October, within 4 weeks after the decision of the Examination Board. Students receive their diplomas at the graduation ceremony held during the Midterm Meeting in February of the following academic year. Students may request from the Director a statement regarding their graduation to be mailed to them before the graduation ceremony.
Graduation. A contract will be canceled upon the completion of graduation requirements by the student who subsequently leaves the University. However, failure to notify the Department of Housing and Residence Life on or before November 30, 2024, for the Fall 2024 graduating semester, may result in a cancellation fee per Sections VII. A. 1-3., as applicable, above. A contract will not be canceled upon the completion of graduation requirements by the student if the student continues enrollment at Mississippi State University following graduation.
Graduation. Authorized academic activities occurring outside of a 40-mile radius of Xxxxxx Point, including but not limited to study abroad, student teaching, or an internship/co-op experience. Proof of location may be required.
