Contracts Beginning Fall. Semester for Students Who Did NOT Complete or Fulfill a Housing Contract for Spring 2024. For students who did not complete or fulfill a housing contract for Spring 2024, a contract may be canceled by the student if written notification is received by the Department of Housing and Residence Life on or before April 30, 2024. Contracts canceled via written notification from May 1, 2024, through May 31, 2024, will be charged a $400 fee. Cancellations received on or after June 1, 2024, by non-enrolled students will be charged a $400 cancellation fee. On or after June 1, 2024, enrolled students cannot cancel their housing contract (see Section VII. C. Student Appeals of the Housing Contract). The cancellation notification must be submitted and received through the housing portal (xx.xxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx) or in writing to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.
