Common use of Cancellation or Termination by Concessionaire Clause in Contracts

Cancellation or Termination by Concessionaire. This Agreement may be cancelled or terminated by Concessionaire by giving a thirty (30) day written notice to City upon the happening of one or more of the occurrences specified in Sections 11.10.1 through 11.10.3.
