Common use of Cancellation Provisions Clause in Contracts

MOIS and Pershing are authorized, in their discretion, should you die or should they for any reason whatsoever deem it necessary for their protection, without notice, to cancel any outstanding orders in order to close out your accounts, in whole or in part, or to close out any of the commitments made on your behalf.
