You may cancel this Contract with XOOM at any time within three (3) days of your signing this Contract (“Cancellation Period”) without penalty or cancellation fee by calling XOOM Energy Pennsylvania at 1-888-997-8979 or by sending an email to xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Common reasons for cancellation are: Non-Payment – If your electric service is terminated by your electric distribution company, then this Agreement is cancelled on the date that your electric service is terminated. You will owe us for amounts unpaid for our charges for electric generation service up to the date of termination.
