Cancellation Request. Vodafone arranges the disconnection of Connections on the account in accordance with the Agreement.
Cancellation Request. Notwithstanding the submission of a cancellation request in respect of an eGIRO Creation Request (including eGIRO Cancellation Request or a cancellation request submitted to us through any other permitted means) and Clause 3.1.3:
3.3.1 you acknowledge that we may have received, processed and/or acted upon the relevant Participating BO’s debit request submitted on or before the effective date of such cancellation request, and we shall not be obliged to reverse or cancel any such debiting; and
3.3.2 you shall ensure that there are sufficient and immediately available funds in the relevant designated bank account at all times to enable us to act upon the relevant Participating BO’s debit request(s) referred to in Clause 3.3.1, and we are entitled to charge you a fee for any unsuccessful debiting and/or impose charges on you if we at our discretion allow the debit even if this results in an overdraft on the account.
Cancellation Request. You can terminate this Agreement at any time, and stop receiving Services, by calling the TRAKPRO and requesting that we deactivate Services. The Services will terminate on the date specified in 14.2.
Cancellation Request. If Member shall cancel or otherwise order any payment order stopped under this agreement, DCU shall make every reasonable effort to carry out Member’s order, but shall incur no liability to Member if DCU is unable to stop the payment order. DCU will not be required to refund any transferred funds until DCU shall confirm the transfer is canceled or stopped and the funds are returned to DCU.
Cancellation Request. If Member shall cancel or otherwise order any wire transfer stopped under this Agreement, Credit Union shall make every reasonable effort to carry out Member’s order, but shall incur no liability to Member if Credit Union is unable to stop the wire transfer. Credit Union will not be required to refund any wired funds transferred until Credit Union shall confirm the wire transfer is canceled or stopped and the funds are returned to Credit Union.
Cancellation Request. I hereby authorize Metropolitan Services Credit Union to cancel the above described automatic entry.

Cancellation Request. Middleton Academy shall issue a full refund of tuition if the school is notified of the student’s decision to cancel the enrollment within the first 5 days of enrolling in the course, regardless if any assignments have been submitted. The 5 calendar days begins when the student signs the enrollment agreement. § The cancellation request may be conveyed to Middleton Academy in any way, such as by telephone, fax, email, or by letter. § If notification of cancellation occurs after 5 days of enrolling, Middleton Academy shall retain a non-refundable registration fee of $75.00 to handle admissions review costs. § Students who request cancellation of a course after the first five (5) days of enrolling into a course shall receive a refund of tuition based on the percentage of the course completed at the time of notice of cancellation minus the non-refundable admissions review fee. The Admissions Review Fee covers the administrative cost for review of the student’s academic transcripts. § Middleton Academy shall retain the following percentages of tuition based on the student’s percentage of course completion at the time of notice of cancellation. o Up to and including completion of 10% of the course, 10% of the refundable tuition (tuition charges remaining after subtracting the non-refundable fee already retained) may be retained. o Between completion of 10% and 25% of the course, 25% of the refundable tuition may be retained. o Between completion of 25% and 50% of the course, 50% of the refundable tuition may be retained. o After the student completes more than 50% of the course, Middleton Academy shall be entitled to retain the entire total course tuition.
