Creation Request definition

Creation Request means a request for the creation of Units in-kind as set out in paragraphs 57 to 65 of this Prospectus;

Creation Request means a request for the creation and issue of Shares in-kind (if permitted by the Company), as set out in paragraphs 60 to 68 of this Prospectus;

Creation Request means an application to have Units issued in-kind in Creation Unit size or for cash (as the case may be);

Examples of Creation Request in a sentence

• The Responsible Entity may reject a Creation Request for Units in whole or in part without giving any reason for the rejection.

• The Responsible Entity can accept or reject any Creation Request in its discretion and is not liable for any resulting loss.

• No cooling off period is provided in respect of investments in a Fund.Once lodged, a Creation Request or Redemption Request is irrevocable except as required by law.

• This includes the requirements of ASIC, ATO, AUSTRAC, ASX and other regulatory bodies or relevant exchanges including the requirements of the superannuation law; and• ensure compliance with the AML/CTF Act.If an Authorised Participant does not provide the personal information required, their Creation Request may not be processed.

• The applicable Redemption Fee for each Fund is set out in the relevant Fund Supplement.In Specie Transaction FeeWhere Authorised Participants make an in specie Creation Request or Redemption Request, they may also be charged a fee by the Responsible Entity of up to 0.5% of the subscription amount or redemption amount.

• No Creation Request will be accepted by the Responsible Entity unless such evidence of the Authorised Participant’s identity satisfactory to the Responsible Entity and its agents has been provided.

• Once lodged, a Creation Request or Redemption Request is irrevocable except as required by law.
