Common use of Cancellation/Termination Clause in Contracts

Datasite may at any time terminate this order in whole or in part at its convenience upon written notice to Supplier, and Datasite will receive a refund of all fees paid in advance for the products or services that have not been delivered by Supplier. Datasite will remain liable for fees and expenses incurred for products or services delivered and accepted by Datasite pursuant to this order.
