Cancellation/Termination. A. This Grant may be cancelled by CDPH without cause upon thirty (30) calendar days advance written notice to the Grantee. B. CDPH reserves the right to cancel or terminate this Grant immediately for cause. The Grantee may submit a written request to terminate this Grant only if CDPH substantially fails to perform its responsibilities as provided herein.
