Cancellations and Refunds. 6.1. Once we’ve accepted your request to send the airtime top up, you won’t be able to cancel it unless otherwise required by law. 6.2. Subject to law, once an airtime top up is sent, it can’t be: ● refunded to you. ● removed from the phone of the person you sent it to.
