For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties agree that there is no liability cap with respect to breaches of covenants or undertakings contained in this Agreement.

  • Exclusion of liability All statements made in the Proclamation of Sale and Conditions of Sale or otherwise relating to the Property are made without responsibility on the part of the Assignee/Bank, the Solicitors and Auctioneers or either of them.
