Cap on Internet Subscribers. STE shall not deliver (or authorize the delivery of) STE Services via the Internet (regardless of whether such delivery is done by cable modem, satellite, DSL or other technologies) to more than the following aggregate numbers of Internet Subscribers in any given month during each of the following Years: 35 2009 40 2010 45 2011 50 2012 50+* 2013 * In 2013, the cap on Internet Subscribers shall increase based on the rate of growth of high speed Internet households in the Territory. The growth for 2013 shall be determined by multiplying the percentage growth for 2012 by the cap for 2012. For example, for 2013 the cap shall be equal to the sum of (A) 50 million plus (B) 50 million multiplied by the percentage growth in high speed Internet households in the Territory for 2012. If such growth is 3%, the new cap would be 51.5 million (50 million + (50 million x 3%) = 50 million + 1.5 million = 51.5 million). The percentage growth in the high speed Internet households in the Territory shall be determined by taking the average of such numbers reported by SNL Xxxxx and Xxxxxxxxx Research (or, if either research company no longer exists at the time of the determination or do not reliably or consistently measure this statistic, another research company of similar stature in the media and/or technology industry and employing a similar methodology for determining high speed Internet households in each relevant year). The foregoing maximum numbers of Internet Subscribers shall be referred to collectively herein as the “Internet Cap.” Each Internet Subscriber shall count towards the Internet Cap as 1 subscriber unless such Internet Subscriber is subject to the Multiplier, in which case, such Internet Subscriber shall be count toward the Internet Cap as the number of Internet Subscribers equal to the product of 1 multiplied by the Multiplier.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • Internet Use Customer assumes total responsibility for its and its users’ use of the Internet. Masergy specifically disclaims any warranties, endorsements or representations regarding any merchandise, information, software, products, data, files, or services provided through the Internet.

  • Unbundled Voice Loops (UVLs) 2.2.1 BellSouth shall make available the following UVLs:

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • Internet Traffic Any traffic that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission.

  • XXX Hosting 10.1 XXX Hosting is not required for resale in the BellSouth region.

  • Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL). UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. The various UDLs are intended to support a specific digital transmission scheme or service. 2.3.2 BellSouth shall make available the following UDLs, subject to restrictions set forth herein:

  • Shareholder Internet Services The Transfer Agent shall provide internet access to the Fund’s shareholders through a designated web site (“Shareholder Internet Services”), which will be accessed by the Fund’s shareholders via a link on the Fund’s web site. The Shareholder Internet Services will be provided pursuant to established procedures and will allow shareholders to view their account information and perform certain on-line transaction request capabilities. The Shareholder Internet Services shall be provided at no additional charge, other than the transaction fees currently being charged for the different transactions as described on the Fee Schedule. The Transfer Agent reserves the right to charge a fee for this service in the future.

  • Internet Warnings If the Settling Entity offers for sale any of the Products to California consumers through websites such as xxxxxx.xxx that are not reformulated as set forth in subsection 2.2 above, it shall ensure that the required warning (with the language set forth in subsection 2.3 above) is prominently displayed to the purchaser prior to completion of the transaction without requiring the potential buyer to use considerable effort to be made aware of the health hazard advisory. The warning (or a clearly marked hyperlink to the warning using the word “WARNING”) given in conjunction with the online sale of the Products may appear either: (a) prominently placed on a webpage in which the Product’s photograph, price, or “add to cart” section are displayed; (b) on the same webpage as the order form for the Product; or (c) on any webpage displayed to the purchaser during the checkout process and prior to its completion for any purchaser with a California shipping address. The symbol “” may be placed adjacent to the signal word. The internet warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b). The URL "xxx.X00Xxxxxxxx.xx.xxx" in the Warning may be substituted with an equivalent reference to the official "Proposition 65 Warnings Website."

  • COVID-19 Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.
