Capability Maturity Model Integration. ‌ Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is a 5-level approach to improve processes across projects, divisions, or an entire organization in the areas of acquisition, services, and/or development. CMMI Certification is not mandatory; however, Contractors are encouraged to have CMMI Maturity Level 2 or higher in acquisition, services, and/or development during the entire term of the OASIS+ HUBZone Master Contract. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS+ HUBZone CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their CMMI Level and provide the reasons for the change and copies of appraisals from a CMMI Instituted Certified Lead Appraiser, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is CMMI certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.‌ G.3.1.9.3.2 International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001:2013 or 27001:2022 (Information Security)‌ International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001:2013 or 27001:2022 Certification specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system within the context of the organization. It also includes requirements for the assessment and treatment of information security risks tailored to the needs of the organization. An ISO 27001:2013 or 27001:2022 Certification is not mandatory; however, Contractors are encouraged to have ISO 27001:2013 or 27001:2022 Certification during the entire term of the OASIS+ HUBZone Master Contract.   • Maintenance Programme (i) The Contractor shall prepare a monthly maintenance programme (the “Maintenance Programme”) in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer and submit the same to the Authority’s Engineer not later than 10 (ten) days prior to the commencement of the month in which the Maintenance is to be carried out. For this purpose a joint monthly inspection by the Contractor and the Authority’s Engineer shall be undertaken. The Maintenance Programme shall contain the following: (a) The condition of the road in the format prescribed by the Authority’s Engineer; (b) the proposed maintenance Works; and (c) deployment of resources for maintenance Works.

  • Maintenance Manual No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.
