Common use of Capacity funding Clause in Contracts

Capacity funding. The Parties acknowledge and agree that to assist Xxx’xxxxx Whut’en to engage in consultation under this Agreement and in consultation under any SEA or RA that addresses but does not provide capacity funding for forest and range related consultation, British Columbia will provide to Nak’azdli Whut’en, under section 1.4 of Appendix C, capacity funding of no less than $35,000 per annum.
