Common use of Capacity Interconnection Rights Clause in Contracts

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 776 MW. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (776 MW) includes 766 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 10 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 776 MW. 327 MW as follows: Unit 1: 163.5 MW Unit 2: 163.5 MW The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (776 327 MW) includes 766 325 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 10 2 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 776 314.7 MW. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (776 314.7 MW) includes 766 89.7 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 10 225 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 776 1024 MW. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (776 1024 MW) includes 766 643 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 10 381 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 776 1256 MW. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (776 1256 MW) includes 766 1246 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 10 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 776 40 MW. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (776 40 MW) includes 766 0 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 10 40 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 776 MW. 7.5 MW The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (776 7.5 MW) includes 766 6.0 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 10 1.5 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 776 1,328 MW. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (776 1,328 MW) includes 766 568 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 10 760 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 776 715 MW. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (776 715 MW) includes 766 675 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 10 40 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 776 10001370 MW. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (776 1370 MW) includes 766 1000 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 10 370 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.
