  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”).   • Collaboration Management Promptly after the Effective Date, each Party will appoint a person who will oversee day-to-day contact between the Parties for all matters related to the management of the Collaboration Activities in between meetings of the JSC and will have such other responsibilities as the Parties may agree in writing after the Effective Date.   • Joint Project Team As soon as possible after the Effective Date, the Parties shall establish a joint project team (the “JPT”) which shall be initially responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Initial Target Program. Each Party will bear all expenses it incurs in regard to participating in all meetings of the JPT, including all travel and living expenses.   • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection xxxxx; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. Neither Party shall make any claims or statements with respect to the Licensed Products that are not strictly consistent with the product labeling and the sales and marketing materials approved for use pursuant to the Commercialization Plan/Budget.
