Common use of Capacity Tests Clause in Contracts

Capacity Tests. (1) A “Capacity Test” is a one-hour performance test of the RMR Unit by Participant. The capacity as shown by a Capacity Test is called “Tested Capacity” and is determined by the applicable net meter readings during the Capacity Test.
