Common use of Capital and Material Alterations Clause in Contracts

Capital and Material Alterations. If Landlord consents to the making of any Capital Alterations or Material Alterations, Landlord may impose commercially reasonable conditions thereon in connection with its approval thereof. In addition to any such imposed conditions, all such Alterations shall be constructed and performed in accordance with Sections 6.4.1 through 6.4.5 above, together with the following:
