Capping ADOs a) An employee may only accrue a maximum of twelve (12) ADOs at any one time. Such ADOs may only be taken at a time agreed between the Warrigal and the employee. Where an employee accrues in excess of 12 ADOs, those surplus ADOs will be paid out at the next pay cycle.
