Carbon Dioxide Removal. The agreement provides not less than $104,000,000 for re- search, development, and demonstration of carbon dioxide removal technologies, includ- ing not less than $20,000,000 from EERE, not less than $49,000,000 from FECM, and not less than $35,000,000 from the Office of Science. Within available funds for carbon dioxide re- moval, the agreement provides not less than $75,000,000 for direct air capture. The Depart- ment is directed to coordinate these activi- ties among EERE, FECM, and the Office of Science.
Carbon Dioxide Removal. Gatherer agrees to accept receipt of Shipper’s Gas at Receipt Points at which the currently applicable chromatographic analysis, conducted pursuant to this Agreement, reports more than two percent (2%) by volume carbon dioxide, as capacity permits, by utilizing the amine treater at the Platteville Compressor Station to endeavor to meet the Gas Quality Requirement. In the event of a conflict between the Commercial Terms and the General Terms and Conditions or the Commercial Terms and an Exhibit, the Commercial Terms of this Agreement shall govern and control during the Term of this Agreement.
