Quality Requirement. 7.1.1 The Supplier shall, and shall cause the Associated PET Supply Chain, as applicable, to manufacture Products in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to the Technical Specifications and all Applicable Laws related to the Products and the procurement, manufacture, handling, transport, storage, packaging and delivery thereof in all relevant jurisdictions.
Quality Requirement. 7.1.1 The Supplier undertakes, together with the Associated PET Supply Chain or the Associated PEF Supply Chain, as applicable, to (or cause the relevant Supplier Affiliate to) manufacture Raw Materials and arrange for the conversion of the Raw Materials to Products in full compliance with this Offtake Supply Agreement, including but not limited to the Technical Specifications (as applicable) and all Applicable Laws.
Quality Requirement. Party A shall guarantee the quality and packaging of the products meet the national laws and regulations and Party A shall provide all required documents for sales and distribution of the products, including copy of business license, fertilizer registration certificate and trademark registration. Party A shall guarantee the contracted goods meet the description on the outside package and Party A shall obtain confirmation from Party B before purchase; Party A shall also process Party B’s complaint in an expedited way; Party A shall be responsible for all Party B’s losses caused by quality of the goods.
Quality Requirement. The delivered products should not mix with airtight containers, inflammable, explosives, and radioactive materials. The buyer has the right to send staff to monitor the production on site.
