Common use of Card Account Access Clause in Contracts

Card Account Access. Subject to the limitations set forth in this Agreement, once your Card has been successfully activated and your identity verified, you may use your Card, Card Number, or Account Number, as applicable, to facilitate payment services that can include: (1) receiving funds on your Card Account that are added by AmeriHealth on your behalf (see section below labeled “Adding Funds to Your Card Account”), (2) purchase goods or services at participating merchants where MasterCard debit cards are accepted (see section below labeled “Using Your Card for Purchases”). Some of these services may not be available at all terminals. There may be restrictions associated with these transactions.
