CARD FACILITIES. 2.1 Any Card may be used for making payments to Merchants subject to this Agreement and to such terms, conditions, requirements, limitations and procedures as may be imposed or established by DBS, any Merchant, American Express, MasterCard or VISA from time to time. 2.2 DBS may at any time modify or vary any or all of the services, functions and facilities available through the use of any Card or terminate the availability of any or all of such services, functions and facilities without having to give notice to the Cardmember.
