General Facilities. The Provider must ensure that any facilities used for the Services meet the latest in terms of:  Cancer Network QA regulations  Disability Discrimination Acthealth and safetyinfection control  general patient environment guidelines Any proposed premises will require a formal assessment and sign-off by the Commissioner. In addition, the provider must comply with:  Care Quality Commission Standards  the revised hygiene code, The Health and Social Care Act 2008, Code of Practice for the NHS on the prevention and control of healthcare associate infections and related guidance  the medical devices directives (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency All premises are subject to the assessment and approval by the Commissioner. The Provider may provide the Service from other premises, subject to the assessment and approval by the Commissioner. The Provider must complete the checklist for accommodation for each site/room to be used 4.7 Equipment The Provider must provide the diagnostic and surgical equipment for use in Provider premises. The Provider must provide details of the equipment to be used, whether in their own premises or in Commissioner -provided premises, and its conformity to standards. The Provider must propose plans and procedures for maintenance and sterilisation of diagnostic and surgical equipment. The Provider must not move diagnostic and surgical from site to site. Equipment will be subject to assessment by the Commissioner. Appropriate arrangements must be made for the regular maintenance and safety checks of equipment, according to the manufacturer’s schedule. Adequate and appropriate equipment must be available for the clinician to undertake the procedures chosen, and must also include appropriate equipment for resuscitation. 4.8 Patient safety The service must fulfil all safeguarding requirements and adhere to the relevant Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards. If standards are not met, a clear action plan must be in place to achieve compliance 4.9 Continual service improvement/innovation plan The Provider will be expected to develop the services in the following areas: Services/products  further explore options to offer patient initiated referral where appropriate  investigate opportunities for providing additional health related products  consider increased focus on preventative and early intervention physical therapy Further develop expertise in:  sports injuries  post elective and traumatic rehabilitation  ...

General Facilities a) Line Gantry/Towers are envisaged for bays under present scope only. However, for adjacent future line bay, tower shall be designed for extension (considering Quad conductors for 400kV future lines and Twin conductor for 220 kV future lines) wherever applicable. b) Bay extension works at existing substation shall be executed by TSP in accordance with the requirement/provisions mentioned above. However, interface points shall be considered keeping in view the existing design/arrangement at the substation. c) TSP has to arrange for construction power and water on its own. d) All outdoor steel structures including anchor/foundation bolts shall be fully galvanized. The weight of the zinc coating shall be at least 610 gm/sq.m. however, for coastal/creek regions it shall be at least 900 gm/sq.m. e) In 400kV switchyard, if spare bay of half diameter is identified as future, all the equipment for Tie & Future bay shall be designed considering the current rating of line bay i.e. 3150A.

Photocopying must be logged and paid for at the appropriate rate. 5.7 The Branch Secretary will provide the Council with a list of all Branch Officials/Stewards/Representatives and the areas that they are responsible for.
