Card Replacement. If you need to replace the Card for any reason except at Card expiration, please visit your nearest PLS Check Cashers store or contact Customer Service at 0-000-000-0000 to request a replacement Card. If you call Customer Service, you will be required to provide personal information which may include the 16-digit Card number, your full name, transaction history, copies of acceptable identification, etc. There may be a fee for replacing your card.
