Common use of Care of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Care of Equipment. The Owner must ensure that any person engaged by or on behalf of the Owner to collect Port of Melbourne’s fresh potable water supply takes good care of them and returns them immediately after use in the same condition as supplied. Without limiting any rights of Port of Melbourne under Clause 10, the Owner is responsible for any damage to fresh potable water supply equipment and will bear the cost of any repair and/or replacement of such equipment.
