College hours used for column placement may have been earned before or after journeyman training, but may not have been earned as a part of a 36-month journeyman training period, or its equivalent. B. Teachers shall be given horizontal placement according to the following criteria: 1. BA+30=30 hours from any college, university, or approved district in- service courses. 2.
