Career scan. Employees are entitled to a career scan once every five years. The Employer and Employee shall agree on who shall carry out the scan. The consultancy organisations of the Trade Unions can also be considered within this context. The Employer shall cooperate in the implementation of the advice that emerges from the scan. The Employer may reject implementing the advice where it is important that the Employer provides arguments for the rejection.
