Common use of Career Transition Services Clause in Contracts

Career Transition Services. The Company will offer Career Transition Services to assist the employee in her career transition period. This consists of, but is not limited to, providing counseling services, job search support, training (as determined on a case by case basis) and outside placement information. These services will be offered internally or externally to employees, based upon an assessment of the individual’s circumstances and the opportunities for placement. The duration of these services may differ depending on individual needs. In all events, the Company will offer two (2) weeks of paid Career Transition Services;
