Common use of Careful Review Clause in Contracts

Careful Review. By signing this Agreement, Client hereby acknowledges and warrants that this Agreement was carefully reviewed in its entirety and that this Agreement was signed and executed voluntarily and without reliance upon any statement or representation of or by any other party, or any representative or agent of same. Further, in signing this Agreement, Client has fully considered the allocation of risk and remedies set forth in this Agreement and hereby confirms that such allocation and remedies are reasonable, and agrees that the limitations set forth in this Agreement are an essential basis of the bargain between RapLab and the Client.
