CARPETING/FLOORING Clause Samples

The CARPETING/FLOORING clause sets out the responsibilities and standards regarding the installation, maintenance, or replacement of carpets and flooring within a property. Typically, it specifies which party—landlord or tenant—is responsible for ensuring that flooring is in good condition, and may outline acceptable materials, required repairs, or procedures for addressing damage. This clause helps prevent disputes by clearly defining obligations and expectations related to the property's flooring, ensuring both parties understand their roles in maintaining a safe and presentable environment.
