Common use of Carrier Charges Clause in Contracts

Carrier Charges. We do not charge for Alerts, but standard message and data rates may be charged by your mobile carrier. Your relationship with your mobile carrier is independent and separate from your relationship with us and is outside of our control. Any dispute that relates to the rates charged by your mobile carrier to view or access Alerts on your Electronic Device is strictly between you and your mobile carrier, and you agree to raise no defence or claim against us.
