Availability of Mobile Payment Services. The Credit Union is not responsible for the performance, availability or security of the Mobile Payment Services. We may add or remove from the types of uses that are permitted through the Mobile Payment Services at any time. • The Mobile Payment Services may not be available for all purchase amounts or at all merchants where your Debit Card is accepted. The Credit Union is not responsible for any loss, injury or inconvenience you suffer as a result of a Merchant refusing to accept the Mobile Payment Services. You should keep your physical Debit Card with you to use in the event that the Mobile Payment Services are unavailable for any reason. • The Credit Union may change the type of accounts that are eligible for the Mobile Payment Services or other requirements for the access and use of the Mobile Payment Services. Additionally, the Credit Union may cease allowing you to participate in or otherwise use the Mobile Payment Services. We may take these actions at any time, without telling you first, and for any reason, including if you fail to comply with this Agreement, if we suspect fraud, if your Account is not in good standing, if there is a change in applicable law, or for any other reason as we determine in our sole discretion.

You understand that your use of the Mobile Payment Services may also be subject to additional agreements or terms of use with INTERAC and/or other Third Parties, such as your wireless carrier and other websites and services integrated into the Mobile Payment Services. You are responsible for any fees that are imposed by a party other than the Credit Union, such as applicable wireless carrier data or usage fees incurred using the Mobile Payment Services. You agree that you will not: copy, modify, adapt, enhance, translate or create a derivative work of the Mobile Payment Services; license, sublicense, market or distribute the Mobile Payment Services, or provide any copies to a Third Party; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make error corrections to any part of the Mobile Payment Services; or use any part of the Mobile Payment Services to gain access to interconnecting software applications to do the same.
