Common use of Carrying on Business Clause in Contracts

Carrying on Business. The Collateral Agent may carry on, or concur in the carrying on of, all or any part of the business or undertaking of the Debtor, may, to the exclusion of all others, including the Debtor, enter upon, occupy and use all or any of the premises, buildings, plant and undertaking of or occupied or used by the Debtor and may use all or any of the tools, machinery, equipment and intangibles of the Debtor for such time as the Collateral Agent sees fit, free of charge, to carry on the business of the Debtor and, if applicable, to manufacture or complete the manufacture of any Inventory and to pack and ship the finished product.
