Association Business. Duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact official Association business on school property at all reasonable times provided that such activities shall not interfere with normal school operations.
Association Business. Duly authorized representatives of the Association shall have access to University premises for the purposes of transacting Association business consistent with this Agreement and the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act.

The Association shall have the right to transact business on school property at all reasonable times, provided that such business shall not interfere with or interrupt normal school operations. Association representatives shall suffer no intervention, undue delays, or harassment by the employer's representatives while representing an employee or while on Association business.
Association Business. The internal business of the Association shall be conducted by full-time and regularly scheduled part-time employees during their non-duty hours.

Other than during scheduled break and lunch periods or with the prior written permission of the Employer, the Association, and its representatives, including Building Representatives, may not transact Association business on school property during work hours. The Association agrees that such business shall not interfere with the operations of the Employer and the work being performed by the employees.
Association Business. A. Duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted at all reasonable times to enter the facilities operated by the Medical Center for purposes of transacting Association business and observing conditions under which nurses are employed; provided, however, that the Association’s representative shall comply with the Medical Center's security and identification procedures. Transaction of any business shall be conducted in an appropriate location subject to general Medical Center and clinic rules applicable to non-employees, shall be confined to contract negotiation and administration matters, and shall not interfere with the work of the employees.
Association Business. The Association agrees that its authorized staff and building 40 representatives shall not conduct Association business with employees during regular 41 working hours. It is agreed that non-duty times are as follows: before and after the scheduled 42 workday of each employee, the nutrition break, and the duty-free lunch period. Under no 43 circumstances shall any representative or unit member interrupt or interfere in any way with 44 normal work. Any exceptions must be approved by the Director of Child Development 45 Centers or the Director of Head Start Programs, as appropriate. 46
Association Business. Upon the request of the Association, the Employer shall approve written requests for leave without pay for employees elected to any Association office or selected by the Association to do work which takes them from their employment with the Employer.
Association Business. Representatives of the Association will be allowed to transact Association business on school property provided that this shall not disrupt normal school operations. This shall include the use of a bulletin board in a teacher-use area not normally accessible by students.

With advance notice, approval shall be given to authorized representatives of the Association to transact official Association business on institution premises at reasonable times, provided that this shall not unduly interfere with nor interrupt the operations of the institution.
